What You Need
1. Patient Records With Medical History
Every dental patient needs a record that includes:

- Medical conditions (diabetes, hypertension, blood thinners, allergies — these directly affect dental treatment)
- Treatment history (what was done, when, by whom)
- X-ray references
You need to find any patient in seconds by searching their name, phone number, or OP number. If your software can't do this, it's not worth using.
2. Treatment and Billing Tracking
For each visit, you record:
- What procedure was done (RCT, extraction, scaling, crown, etc.)
- How much was charged
- How much was paid
The system should auto-calculate outstanding balances. It should show you monthly revenue. Dental practices live and die by their collection rates — you need to see yours.
