1. Service Description

MyClinicDesk is a web-based clinic management platform that provides patient registration, treatment records, billing, WhatsApp communication, and analytics for small clinics in India.

2. Account Registration

To use MyClinicDesk, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Each account represents one clinic. You may add up to 3 staff members to your clinic account.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, your account becomes read-only — you can still view all your data, but cannot add new records until you subscribe.

4. Pricing & Billing

  • Monthly plan: ₹499/month (up to 100 patients/month)
  • Annual plan: ₹4,999/year (unlimited patients, priority support)
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • We accept UPI, Google Pay, debit/credit cards, and net banking
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of payment if you believe a refund is warranted.

6. Data Ownership

You own your data. All patient records, treatment data, and clinic information belong to you. We provide tools to export your data as CSV at any time. We act as a data processor — we store and process your data solely to provide the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyClinicDesk only for lawful clinic management purposes. You must not:

  • Share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Attempt to access other clinics' data
  • Use the service for any purpose other than managing your clinical practice
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the system

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary service interruptions.

9. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your clinic data, patient records, and account information will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

10. Limitation of Liability

MyClinicDesk is a clinic management tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Clinical decisions remain solely the responsibility of the treating physician.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers via email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
